pepto New Member Posts: 2 From: Registered: Nov 2003	posted 11-27-2003 07:18 AM our 11 week old kitten has a cold. her symptoms are sneezing continuously on waking up and when cold, occasional pigeon-like cooing/cough, when she sleeps her breathing makes a whistling sound (as though she has a blocked nose)-but this doesn't happen when she's awake. she has gooey eyes, and shakes her head a lot. she has had these symptoms for about 10 days. she is a white and black cat-her ears are white- there seems to be dry flaky black bits which come of fairly easily on the tips of her ears. does anybody have any idea of what this may be, and are these connected? are her cold symptoms worrying, or should we wait it out for a bit longer? Cats can become ill very quickly so please seek vetrinary advice ASAP to rule these possibilties out. Mike IP: Logged
