I was wondering if its normaal for my cat to be going grey/white. Shes a beautiful 5 yr old calico and recently ive noticed in her solid black and orange markings that some white fur is beginning to grow. Is it possible for a cat to go "grey" if they are stressed? She was kinda upset with me for a while when i found my kitten charlie. Now she loves him but does anyone think it could be related. Im also curious because if most cats do go a bit grey why is she at 5 yrs old? Im sorry this is so long but i ramble when im worried. I just think if cats do go grey in areas why is it happening so soon. Could i be feeding her something wrong? Could it be because i havent givin her the right vitamins? I really have no idea and im worried i did something. Thanks and sorry again for the massive amount of talking

A cat going white means it is losing the colour producing pigment in its fur, the same way that humans go white or grey, whether that is caused by stress I am not sure. It certainly happens in older cats, my aunt's black cat was totally grey by the time he was 17!
Since your cat is quite young I'd have a word with your vet about it
