I am at my ends here, I currently have 3 cats. 2 of them are brother and sister. (my 4th went to heaven due to stomach failure) The boy (perrin) he is only a little over a year and his Sister (seana)both have Mega Colon. Perrin is burffing up every day 5 times or more. They have him on cisiapride .25 2 x daily. That isnt working. He is just misrabul - i dont know what to do anymore. They wanted me to feed him oatmeal for fiber - but he wont eat it. Then i tried cerrioes - wont eat that either.

Help Please.

Only other option is Kitty Heaven.

This is my little buddy

I have a kitty with IBS who needs extra fiber. I gave her metamucil mixed with soft food. Thatworked pretty well until she stopped eating the soft food. Now I have her on a hairball formula food, it has more fiber than the regular food. It has worked very well for her. I am using Authority brand hairball formula. Hope that helps.

Well sad news on my buddy PERRIN.

His mega colon got much worse, and was into his small intestine. He is now in kitty heaven as of today.

They hope they caught his sisters in time to prevent the eniemel.
