About a week ago I posted that my cat is always trying to get out of the house. well the other night he did! Trike (my dog) needed to go out, it was around 2:30am, when i opened the door Jack was hiding in the shadows of the room (and becasue he is completely black, he blended in rather well!!) I didnt even notice he got out until i notice this little black form at darting away from the bottom of the stair. I ran down leaving my dog at the top looked around for a moment but had to go back to attend to my dog. it was rainy and REALLY REALLY cold out side. when she was done i put her back in and went out in search of him. but it was so dark there was no way i was going to find him. upset i went back home, thinking how i was ever going to beable to live with out my cat. it was horrible. i didnt sleep at all, i just keep thinking about him all alone. ever time i closed my eyes i would see him get beat up by a dog or another cat, or my worse fear of all, getting hit by a car. it was the longest night of my life!! the next day when i took trike for her walk, we look around the apartment, i called his name. but nothing happened. i walked around back almost about the give up when i started calling his name and MEOWING!!! at first i thought i was crazy becasue i heard a return meow! i did it again, and again heard a return meow!! i started yelling to my boyfriend that Jack was close!! i trun around and there he was standing next to a hole that went under the apartment. he meow and walked right up to me!! i was so happy i didnt know what to do!!! i think he had a horrible night out becasue he has not gotten close to the front door since!! plus he slept the whole day. poor baby didnt get any sleep outside! since that did he has sat outside on the closed in deck, but really seems like he has no desire to go back out!! but i am sure that will ware off soon and i will have to go through a simlar thing!! but i just had to tell some one about that night it was horrible. thanks for listen. this would have been ten times longer if he never came back! i wouldnt know what to do. thanks for listening!!
