Did you take her temperature? A cats temp should be between 100 and 102.5..... Is she eating and drinking ok? Does she still have energy?

I would think that if she has a normal temp, and is eating/drinking and playing as usual, that she isnt sick, and could be in heat. How old is your cat?

If you are very worried and concerened then I would defintley call your vet asap.

Is your cat purring? Could you explain the wierd vibrating noises a little more? Sounds like she is purring. Has your cat been spayed? How old is your kitten?

When cats are in heat they usually meow or grunt and roll around on the floor or rub excessively on an object. They also usually stick their butt in the air to present themselves if there is a male around.

What do you mean her stomach is vibrating?

If she is 7 months old and not spayed, you should get it done soon. When they are younger they have less complications and recover faster from the surgery.
