Goodness so many people feel the way I feel. My cat wont eat anything at all and I cant go to the vet. I tried force feeding her gravy but she still is losing weight and I think she will die if she dosent start eating. Pray for her, her name is highway, what do I do????

Hi, how old is your cat?
How long has she not eaten?
Does she still drink plenty of water.

Before anyone of us can give advice apart from get her to a vet ASAP...

We need more information on what has changed in your cats diet, How long she has been like this and so on..

Force feeding your cat gravy will not help and she wouldn't gain weight from eating it..

You can try cooked diced chicken with a small amount of boiled rice mush it all up and see if she will take that if not that tuna fish but drain the juices off it first..

If you cant get her to eat normally you will have to try and force food down her using a syringe until you can get her to a vet, this is needed to give your cat a better chance..

Animals don't just stop eating for no reason even if its you have changed her food she will not eat it if she don't like it...

keep us posted

You can give her nutrical. It's a nutrient rich paste. If they wont eat it, put some on the roof of their mouth and they will lick it off. You can get it from a vet, or maybe from a pet store like Petsmart. The tube I got from the vet was 6.00. It will help her keep her strength up.

Check with the Humane Society of the United States to see if there is a low cost clinic in your area. The one in Dallas was only 10.00 for an office exam.
