Hi Yuan,
I have 2 kitties and both of them were sneezing when we brought them home from the pound. We took them to the vet and they had some respitory infection, the vet gave us some meds to give to them and it cleared up quick. The vet said it was quite normal for pound/shelter cats to have this. I would take your kitty to the vet and get her checked out. Good luck!

hello...
The same thing also happened with my baby girl Chloe. A few days after I adopted her from the humaine society, she started sneezing. The doctor gave her an antibiotic and she was feeling much better in about 4 days. It is really nothing to worry about, but it should get checked out.

I think it depends on if she sneezing occasionally or sneezes all the time. If she occasionally sneezes it's probably normal. If it is more frequent, call your vet and ask if you need to bring her in.

sometimes also called kennel cough. It'd be a good idea to take it to the vet *nods* especially if it's sneezing very often.
