I have 3, 1 month old kittens. I picked one up to play with her and she jumped out of my hands. She fell and hit her head on a wooden box, I quickly picked her up to make sure she was alright. She went limp and was crying. She was trying to hide and when I picked her up she used the bathroom on her self. I am not sure whether it was because she was hurt or scared. I did not see any cuts or bleeding, I felt no broken bones and after a few minutes, she perked up. I put her down and she was walking fine and even started to play with the others. Just a little scared. Do you think she is hurt or just scared?

Oh what a scare. I think just to be on the safe side you should take her to the vet. A 1 month old kitten is pretty fragile and it could have fractured/cracked its skull
