The vet gave me a special food to feed him for a couple weeks but he refuses to eat it. I did feed him by hand a handful of it but after that he won't eat it. I don't know how to get him to eat it. He's got to be hungrier then a bear after its winter nap. I was going to call the vet but I thought I check the net first. Any suggestions? Thanks Hugs, Suz IP: Logged

You have to work them up to it gradually. He is probably already P.O.'d anyways cause he had to go to the vet, then he gets a totally new change of food. Try this method, or mixing in a little wet food like the other poster suggested. NTC IP: Logged
