I am wanting to buy one of those jungle gyms/cat condos for my 2 cats. The ones made out of wood and outdoor carpet. I picked one up the other day, a double condo and the cats loved it. One problem, they are to big to fit inside . They kept getting their heads stuck.

Can anyone reccomend one of these toys that is for full grown cats as this one looked like only a kitten could fit.

Hi
The ones I have seen are either too flimsy ( I have a 14 lb cat) or are designed for a bionic cat - which one of mine isn't. So unfortunanlty I can't recommend a brand. However, if you're handy, they aren't difficult to make. My mom made one for her cats. Or another thought is to design one you want and find a carpenter who will make it. Just be sure "the house" is sitting on a sturdy base and the staples tacking down the carpet are covered or hammered down well so the kitties don't get stuck and rip a claw off.

Im not sure what stores you have available in Canada but I bought my 2 story and 3 story condos at Walmart and the holes are large enough for all of my cats (8 - 12 lbs.) to get inside except for my 2 large males (around 15lbs.)...they just lay on the top. I also saw a tall 6 story condo at Petco that had wide holes. Im not sure of the brand name though.
I also found this website that shows condos in three different sizes: Small-Medium, Large and Extra Large to suit different sized cats. http://www.catsplay.com/kitty_condos.php3

Those things are two outrageously expensive if you order them from somewhere. I got my ideas out of looking at magazines like Dr. Fosters. I went to the home store and got building materials and built two posts. One os just your regular up and down scratching post. And one had two big bases and 4 legs. Two of the legs were carpeted and two were of cissal. I also carpeted the two bases. The first one cost me 27 bucks and the second one cost me 50 for materials. I think that it is more affordable to make your own. I am not paying 79 bucks for a 32 inch carpeted post I can make myself and make better for that matter. Those I made are heavy. If I can ever figure out how to do it I will post pictures.

Go to ebay and search for "cat condos" to get ideas. They have some pretty amazing ones. There is also a place that has plans for building some that you can download for something like $12. Once you have the general idea, you can really build one any way you want it.
