I have a litter of two-week old kittens. All seem healthy but two have large scabs over where their umbilical cord used to be. Normal???

They could have an infection. You might try putting some neosporin on the spot. If it is red and swollen or pussy, they should go to the vet.

Are you sure what you think is a scab isn't just the dried up remains of the cord? Because that's normal.

Also, like fleafly said, Neosporin will help heal them up faster.
