My cat is about 10 months old. For the past few weeks she has been getting bigger and I have noticed that her nipples are very big. She also seem warm to the touch. I was wondering if the nipple thing is a sign of pregnancy?

Yes, I beleive so. Has she been around a male cat or do you let her outdoors? If so there is a good chance she is pregnant. Have you noticed an increase in her appetite? Cats are only pregnant for about 2 months so if she is you will know for sure very soon.

I hope you will consider having her spayed in the future.

She came from the SPCA about 3 weeks ago. I have no idea what her backgrouond was before that. I assume that she is pregnant, I have an appt with the vet again in the morning. Thanks for your insight... and I spade or neuter all of my pets.

Are you sure she is'nt spayed already? The SPCA's here do not adopt out kittens or cats before they are spayed or neutered.
Good luck at the vet tomorrow
