My kitten is also suffering from hair loss and has just been treated for ringworm. I wonder if that is an effect of something that is in the medicine? If anyone knows something that will help him let me know. He used to be so cute and now he is starting to look horrible because he has spots of hair that are just gone

That is normal. When I rescued one of my cats he had ringworm bad. After giving daily baths with Malaseb shampoo and putting on lots of Conofite cream from the vet, slowly his hair grew back.
I found him in a parking lot, some one had run him over and left him to die. My vet had to cut his tail off and sew his hind quarters back together. He was in pretty bad shape for a while, but with lots of TLC, he made it. The girls at the vets office named him Tuffy, because he was one tuff little guy to survive what he went through. Today he is the SWEETEST little guy. He is Mr. Love Bug and I'm so glad that I happen to be in that parking lot that day. I just knew underneath all that blood and dirt this one was a keeper.
