My cat has terrible seasonal hayfever, The antethisimine the prescribed does not work. I have hear benedyl works well with cats. Does anyone know the dosage for a 11 # cat

I'd talk to your vet before you give your cat any medication meant for humans. Also have a look at bach flower rememdies and homopathy, there may be an alternative means of treating your animal.

I would be very careful with giving your cat benadryl. Consult your vet they should have something that will help and will be safer for you friend.

thanks for your replies, I have heard many people using benedryl not only fo their dogs but their cats. I have spent a fortune and almost nothing works, he is on prednizone now, which is terrible for him but it seems towork I was looking something that is not as harmful
