my 3 year old spayed siamese manx has an greasy like fluid around butt and vagina area. I have had cats that have had abcesses before and odor is similar. But why around the butt and vagina? or is it an infection in the vagina. please respond thanks

I take it she hasn't been spayed? If not I would take her to the vet as they can get cysts in the lining of the womb, due to the action of sex hormones acting on the uterus, and combined this condition, called Pyometra, can be fatal if the cat is not spayed very soon after the symptoms start.

Weezer, you said your cat has been speyed? If the discharge smells bad and is discoloured , then there is an infection somewhere inside, either the butt or vagina or even the bladder. I think you will need to take her to a vet, as only they can tell, and it could serious damage if left.
