I need help my 16 year old cat hasn't ate anything since Wednesday. I took her to the vet, they ran blood work and gave her an antibiotic. She will drink, but not eat. I do not want her die, I love her so much!

Sandra,
How did the blood work turn out?? If everything turns out alright and she hasn't been under any unusual stress (remember- what stresses her might be something that you might not think twice about) you might consider getting a nutritional gel supplement (or trying different food- tuna, sardines, etc..) Not to worry you, but antibiotics can be dangerous when an animal's immune system is down or they are weak- double check with your vet...sometimes vets are quick to prescribe antibiotics- almost as if they are a "cure all." Finally, if your friend does not respond to anything else and regain her appetite- perhaps she is simply ready to go- animals have amazing intuitive abilities and many times just know when it is time to let go...for your sake I hope this is not the case, however, if it is- know that she will be going on a comforting journey and try to send her on her way with love and understanding...and believe that the two of you will meet up again someday.
You both are in my thoughts,
Carrie
