Has she used the box at all since you've had her or did she just stop using suddenly? If she just stopped using it suddenly a vet appt. should be made to rule out UTI or other health problems associated with her not using the box. If she has never used the box its possible that just needs to learn to.
My advice is to put her and her litter box in a confined room until she starts using the box. If she poops out of the box pick it up and put it in the box so she smells it in there and she will hopefully get the idea.
