What will neutralize the smell of cat urine outside in the dirt and rocks around the perimeter of the house. Home concoction if possible.

I'm not entirely sure on this, but I think somewhere that vinegar might neutralize the smell. Check in other messages on this board regarding cat urine....I think I saw something here before.
