Ok, I got a young kitten from the pound and he was healthy and it is a policy if they arent already to get the neutered or spayed, so we did and our cat came home very sick, the only thing we can think of is that they over-gassed him for it. Is that possible? he wont eat, or drink and his eyes are still dialated and we dont know what else to do. He's 6 months old and should we take him back to that vet? we love this cat very very much and we dont want nothing to happen to me, if u may know what is wrong please please reply. Thanks

That doesn't sound right. Both my cats were out of it for about 24-48 hours but recovered within the two day period. I wasn't allowed to take them home and the vet kept a close eye on them during that period. I would take your cat right back to the vet for diagnosis and treatment if its been longer than 24 hours and she hasn't recovered yet. My first thought is that she is in pain from the surgury or that she is having a reaction to the drugs they used to put her out.

I hope your kitty gets better.

I too had brought home a Persians of mine with dilated eyes and grogginess after his neutering several yrs ago. So much so, the vet tested him for glaucoma...he told me. Persians are very sensitive.
Vets often use Ketamine, a very potent drug when they do surgeries. Some animals have sensitivites bigtime to some drugs.
You don't say the time passed, like a day or 2, so my guess is, the cat was newly home? If not, I say take the cat back and have him rechecked, possibly kept overnight. Usually though they recover without major incident. But I was scared too. We love them, and don't want anything to hurt them. I hope all is fine soon. God bless.
