My cat was pregnant. I think she felt threatened by our dogs so she decided to have her kittens across the street and under a neighbors house. There is no possible way to get to them from where they are. Also, I don't think they have had any human contact. Will they follow the mother cat over when they are older?

My neighbors cat used to have her kittens in our barn every year. When they were a few weeks old she'd take them all home to the neighbors. As long as your neighbors Ok with it, every thing should be fine.
