hey i just got a new parakeet....he is only about 6-8 weeks old and he is very tame! is that a good thing? my first parakeet u could not hold or anying he just wnated to fly away and stay as far away from me as he could this one just sits in my lap and is really really nice is that a good sign....when should i start to teach him how to talk? do parakeets talk? well thank you for reading this
