i found a quaker parrot outside and the first day he was sweet but the last week been running and biting what can i do to stop this behavior. new to birds....

I found a Quaker with a broken wing in my yard last week. The Vet said he'll never fly again, but he's very healthy otherwise. The first couple days he was very docile. Now, he doesn't like being handled. He bites. I wear a latex garden glove to feed and add toys.

If your bird is healthy enough to defend himself in the wild you might release him. If not, let me know. I'm trying to make this little guy as happy as possible. He's lucky to be alive. It would be nice to have someone to write to who's in the same situation.
