i have 2 ball pythons. one male & one female. we have had the male for almost 2 years. the female, we just got a few months ago. the male is very large. he is 4" 8 ' long, and very wide. the female is only about 2" 5'. she eats very regularly. themale went through a period of almost a year with no food at all. he has just recently eaten again. my question is, is this ok? is this a normal thing for them to go so long with no food? should i expect this again? will the female be like this, too?? thanks
