try cleanign out the tower. If there is a buildup of cat hair Rolling Eyes that sometimes can mess things up.
Most of us probably have enough cat fur inside the towers to make 2 to 3 cats!!!

I use Neutrogena facial soap and the kitties don't seem to mind. Milo and Pumpkin tend to lick my legs when I get out of the shower. I wonder if they have to reclaim us? Shocked
