just click on where if says "View more Emoticons" under all the smileys (on your left when you are posting). Dancing

In case you are unsure as to what exactly an emoticon is supposed to be, put your cursor over the particular emoticon and hold it there (don't press any buttons), the "definition"/"meaning" will pop up after a few seconds.
