|
|
Paul and I painted our dining room yesterday (oh joy). Since our table was covered with items we ate dinner in the living room. I made a really good meatloaf.
Paul had his plate on the coffee table, with Dixie sitting right there. Did I mention my cats are rude?
Dixie would look longingly at her PawPaw's meatloaf and then look at him. Look at the meatloaf, look at him. Finally she realized he wasn't sharing and she took off.
I heard a racket in the kitchen and upon inspecting found Dixie had helped herself to the meatloaf.
She took a good size hunk of meatloaf, out of the pan, and carried it over to her dish where she consumed it.
I was not impressed but couldn't help but giggle.
Independent little cuss!!! |

That is funny.
Last Thanksgiving after we were done eating dinner and doing dishes, I looked into the dining room and saw Mittens on the table helping herself to some turkey still on the table. We had to laugh, too. |

| The year we adopted Zeus he was about 6 months old when T Day hit. I had about 15 people over for dinner. Heard a commotion and saw Zeus with his head stuck up the turkey's backside. It was so embarrassing |

| That is too funny!! Cats are so smart! One morning, Greg woke up and turned on the hall light to walk downstairs so he could eat breakfast and get ready for work. Our cat Farren was sitting at the top of the stairs, and for some reason, I don't know weather the bright light blinded her or what, fell down the stairs. Greg went in the kitchen and made some eggs and sausage. He turned his head for a second, and Farren jumped up on the counter and grabbed one of the sausages and took off with it in her mouth. He ran through the house chasing her not that he wanted the sausage back, but just to tell her no,no! I wish I had been up to see that! |

I know Chezza my life would be soo boring without my fur babies!!!! sometimes they are our TV!! I have always had dogs and cats growing up and I will always have them!! At least a big dog and a cat or two just like now. Every person that comes into my life has to pass the Buster and cat test.... if they don't like him and he doesn't like them well.... there's the door.... And it is known that when they pass I will get new family members.... that's just the way it is like it or leave..... |

Booger is such a picky eater that she only goes for her dry food, tuna, house plants (I pitched all the bad ones) and roses (yes, roses! I could walk her around the house like the pied piper if I had a rose in my hand. She's absolutely addicted to them).
But she shows absolutely no interest in any other food stuffs at all. |
