looks like Bessi has an adopter and if this works she'll probably go home next weekend.
I checked my stats and in April 08 it'll be 4 years since I got my first Siamese Rescue foster. After Bessi goes home I will have helped 39 Siamese cats get forever homes Surprised
and when Bessi goes home I might be getting 2 foster kittens. They were part of a cruelty hoarder situation. They were going to be PTS by the shelter since they weren't very socialized and they figured since they were so full less likely adopted kittens needed to be PTS. The evaluator for Siamese Rescue has been housing them waiting for foster space to open up.
I hear they are doing very well with her attention and are starting to come out of their shells. I said I'd take 2!!!
I hope to show Bessi pending by this afternoon - start her New Year out being a pet rather than a foster. Wish her luck

39 that's great Mary_NH! Your the best Hope Coco will be happy in her new forever home too. I've seen animal hoarders on an animal planet show here in the USA. They think they are helping the animals, but end with so many they can't properly care for them.

Way to go Mary! 10 cats a year is pretty amazing. Did things work out with Bessi's potential adopter?

Great thing that your doing Mary!

There really needs to be alot more people like you!

You've done more than just find these cats homes, you've saved their lives and given them a chance at a wonderful life.
