I have a one year old puppy. We have just moved from one home to another and our dog has started soiling the carpet. Our dog did not urinate in the previous home we were in, but now, while we are sleeping he urinates on the carpet, even though we do have a doggie door for him to go outside. We thought that maybe it was because he needed to go out early in the morning, but he seems to go before we get up (around 6 am). Any help or suggestions would be very much appreciated!

Hes probably just not used to the new home. You may need to freshen up on his potty training. this is a new place to him so he may think rules do not apply here.

Also, if he's never used a doggie door before, he may not be used to it and/or not know how to use it.

I'd suggest crating him at night or when you can't watch him. Crate training really does work wonders!!!
