This is a video from my hometown in St. Bernard Parish, Louisiana. This is a clip from a no kill shelter that we have there. I know they need help with many things. This is actually the only parish in Louisiana that was 100% flooded. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-Hiojpv4cgk
