I had noticed that too, and wondered where she went. Maybe an extra long vacation?

Hey everyone. I'm still alive! I got swamped at work, and then I took a week's vacation. I just got back and am still swamped, trying to prepare for a couple of presentations I have to give at a conference at the end of this week. My job also got converted to full time, which means a lot more money but of course also longer hours.

Nala is still acting up, although it has been manageable. I took in a foster for a couple of days and things were fine at first, but then they fought one day before I got home from work. It's the first time a fight has happened without me in the house. The kids were home, and it sounds like it was just a case of the two dogs playing and things getting out of hand.
