It takes time for birds to become used to fruit and vegtables so d not be put of by this, What i did to get my birds eating it was first thing on a morning i would clean out there cages remove the food dish and only place ina dish of chopped up mixed fruit and vegtables, if as not eaten within a couple of hours it was removed and there normal diet put in.

Once they were used to eating fruit and veg i got some plastic skewers some petstores sell these and i would push on pieces of fruit and vet and hang on the sge of the cage and they would happily sit there and pick on it.
