Freckles Dishwasher Obsession Photo

Unlike many dogs that I have known that will lick the dirty dishes when you are loading a dishwasher, Freckles dosen't care about the dishes, he just wants to add his tennis ball to the load. If you throw it out he just brings it back and drops it on the door. Then he stands back and stares at it. We have to be careful when we get ready to run the washer and check to see that a ball isn't in the bottom of the washer where it could get melted by the heating element during the drying cycle. That would be a mess or could ruin a whole load of dishes.
Fortunately he usually just places the ball right on the front of the door like you see in this photo. He has done this from day one.
Strange little toot.

Jakes love to lick the dishes. one time his collar got caught ont eh tray and he paniced and he wne running away with a full load of dishes attached to his collar luckily nithing got broke
