I have been looking for a dealer that has Zebra Placo's. My local fish stores don't have access to any breeders of this fish. Does anyone have this type of placo's or know of a site that carries this type of placo's?

I guess there won't be a Zebra Placo in my tank for a long while. Thanks for the info. Guess I will keep looking and stick with my regular placo.

They're very pretty fish but I haven't been able to find one locally without a huge price tag.

Have you thought about going with something like a clown pleco. They're not as striking as the zebras but I think they're very pretty.

Talk about sticker shock!!! I saw one locally just over a year ago and it was only about 1/4 the price they are asking. Something else that I noticed was that maximum size is 3" and the minimum tank size was 30 gallon. I would really like to know why a 3" plecostamus has to have at least 30 gallons. They must be a real poop factory! LOL

Here is the link for another nice dwarf variety that is a lot less expensive. They are a very nice fish. They need more protein in their diet than the general pleco.
