Personally I think there's way too much sugar, first from the raisins and then the sugar they add to the cereal.

I've given mine shredded wheat and Cheerios (the regular kind).

I agree with Aqueous, Too much sugar is bad for the birds, PLus bran can cause really watery poop which can lead to dehydration.
