Here in the uk vets recommend waiting till 2weeks after there 3rd vaccination that way it gives them time to start and create antibodies.
My puppies are fully vaccinated and i allow them to go for walks at 14weeks old.
Your yard should be fine aslong as no other dogs have been in or can get in.
If you can scrub your yard then i suggest bleaching it out thoroughly or you can get some solution called parvaid which kills any parvo virus that maybe in the yard.
I am not sure when will be the best time where you are maybe someone else can give you a better idea or you can ask your vet and he/she will tell you.

Then i would wait until she is completely covered by her vaccination before taking her out.

| Yep that is what i was going to say never let her on the ground outside till she has all her shots she could get very sick. After all her shots have fun walking her and stuff. |
