Hi all as promised photos of my cockatiel parents and the latest nest of babies. I kept Zazu for myself as he's a pretty one and may breed from him in the future.

Here is the link to check them out.

They are great thanks for sharing.

I take it mum and dad are split to pied and lutino, As Zazu looks like a lutino pied.
Very cute.

1 Of my pairs has just hatched 5 eggs but will probably only get normal grays again, Funny think is the mother is a cinnamon plit to pied and the father is normal gray split to pied yet i only get normal grays lol

Oh well i am not bothered as long as the babies are healthy.

I will post pics when they are older.

Mum is a native/pied the best we can guess but dad is a cinamon. Zazu seems to be a lutino pied he dose have a bit of white on his wings though. I tend to always get one that looks exactly like mum and have had one that looks like dad. The worst part is that out of 8 babies I only have one female. They are all happy healty babies and I get regular progress reports as they have all gone to friends.

As I handraised them they are everyone's best friend so now all of their friends want one.

good luck with your little ones.
