i have a pair of budgies AND this morning i saw my female sitting on my male for about 10min can u tell me if the were breeding or not and if they did breed do i need to go buy a nest box for them and tell me how to take care of the babys

If your female was sitting on your male that makes ur male female and your female male.

It is very rare for the female to try and mate with the male.

If it turns out your female is the one trying to mate with the male you do not have to do anything as she will not lay fertile eggs as she needs the male to fertilize them.
