Sad story.
I doubt it holds much clout. I just voted on it 3 times in less than 10 minutes and the numbers did actually change each time, I guess anyone could sit there for a few hours and get the numbers up.
The report itself though is not calling for a ban on Pit Bulls (progress maybe) but is calling for a Public Nuisance Ordinance which from what it says would mean any dog of any breed. I agree with that, its putting the responsibility back on the owners and not singling out one particular breed.
Seems like someone there has some common sense.....Finally!!!!!
