1-Ryukin Goldfish
1-silvermolly
2or4-neon tetras

If this is good what else Can i use?

Ryukin Goldifish are not compatable with Neon Tetras and Mollies. What size tank are you thinking of putting the Goldfish in because Ryukins need a 30 gallon or larger.

A 10 gallon tank is too small even for one goldfish. A 30 gallon would be sufficient enough probaly for one goldfish. I agree with Used in the fact that its probaly not best to mix tropical fish with coldwater fish for a number of reasons.
