My iredecent shark has body sores to the max between his tail fin and dorsal. What is this, can anybody help me? I have a ten gallon tank with a 6.0 ph balance and kept at a constant temp. of 76 degrees. Please anyone help. Thanks.

What are your readings for ammonia, nitrIte, and nitrAte? What other fish are in the tank? How big are they? What filtration do you have?

And just so you know, even if you get the sores taken care of, a 10 gallon tank isn't even close to being big enough to house iridescent sharks. These fish get over 4' long (yes, that's feet not inches), are very active, fast swimmers, and prefer to be in groups. Because of all that, they shouldn't be kept in anything smaller than 1000 gallons which makes them totally unsuitable to be kept by 99% of fish keepers.
