I have looked for toys for her and tried a few but they only last a few min and for what i paid for they should have lasted her more than a month lol do any of you have any suggestions for Pit toys or activities we take her on daily runs but her teeth i am guessing are growing seems like she is teething but she is nawing from her back teeth snaps limbs in half with her back teeth or is she trying to make muscles in her face i have noticed a great increas in the past few weeks of her body muscles ..

Thanks

Thank you that is a very good site...
I didnt know what it was called lol but she seems happy doing it and wont stop till she is good and tired ... i bet this summer people pop lots of tubes at the lake and that would work great...
But need to find a rope to go with it lol
My husband brought me a plastic rope but I really didnt like that because i worry about it breaking up it can get poked into her skin...
So I want one that is a lot softer for her.

I didnt see your photos on the page Sad
Have you tried any Kong toys? Keep in mind she is still teething right now so she needs something, the Kong toys you should be able to get from any pet store or at least the large chain stores, they also have strong toys that are biodegrable so if she does bite little pieces off they shouldnt cause any problems with blockages.

Flirt poles are great interactive toys for pits too... It's like fishing for pits with a tug toy at the end of your "line"... My female LOVES the flirt pole! Little excersize is exerted on your part but the dog is going haywire!!! GREAT fun... Might look into those too. NOT really for tugging but the chasing part is Gobs of fun!

That does sound good...

You know I have been looking at her she has doubled in size since her picture in Jan i could just hold her like a baby doll before and now she is so big her claws and weight hurt to hold her like that but we get on the floor with her and she is funny loves to watch tv never had a couch patotoe dog before lol

we have just set up a kennel in back on cement she is about to go into heat and I dont want every dog in the neighborhood jumping my fence for her or getting at her cause she isnt fixed yet.

I was also able to find out her breed she is american pit bull terrier mix with stafforshire terrier she has 2 different types of coat which was stranged back side is kind of coars feeling and face is smoth like velvet.

Her muscle tone has took a larger change than i imagined it ever would her chest just kind of bounced out there lol she looks like she is standing in a pose when we go for walks...

Her head has changed its looking more square than it did before jaws are coming out you know the muscle tone she has actualy this week had a big growth spurt and Dr estamated her weight to be almost up to 80 lbs.
When she is done growing.

I will take some more pictures tomorrow getting a 35 mm we have real nice weather here and kids are out for spring break so we will take some good pictures and then I will scan them and get them up to show.. Smile
