This is going to be my friends first fish, I think that a goldfish will be the best way to go. Give me an appropriate set up, we are going to Petsmart tomorrow.

| Tell us what size tank your friend has, and maybe we can help you. You also need to make sure that your friend cycles the tank properly before buying any fishes. Goldfish are commonly thought of as easy fishes to keep, but this is not true. They are not a good fish for beginners and are very dirty. Most begginers dont find much success at fishkeeping when goldfishes are their first choice. |
