Sexing African Dwarf Frogs?

I think the title says it all. Any tips?

I am not a 100% sure, but from what I know is that they are very difficult to tell the difference from f male and female, but it is siad that the female is supposed to be larger than the male and the male is supposed to have this white spots or spot on his forearm.

Exactly right. Females get larger and broader across their bodies. And at around 1" the males will start to develop a small white bump in their arm pit.

Also, sometimes you'll see "albino clawed frogs" in the fish store... are these albino versions of the ADF?

Nope. There are two types of aquatic frogs commonly available, african clawed frogs and african dwarf frogs.

Clawed frogs get around 5", need 10 gallons each, and will eat smaller fish. They are available in green/brown and albino. Their front feet are not webbed, their eyes on on top of their heads, and they have really fat legs.

Dwarf frogs get about 1 1/2", need 2 gallons each, and do fine with small, peaceful fish (they'll get eaten by larger ones, though). They are only available in green/brown. There are not albino versions commonly available. Their front feet are webbed, their eyes are on the sides of their heads, and they have more slender legs.
