does any one know if there are REALLY tank gars or tank pike and if there actually is, a link to where i could see them

do you mean pike or gar that would be suitable for a home aquarium? ill try to look for them, one minute.

Okay theres another fish commenly known as a "Rocket Gar". Ctenolucius hujeta, not a gar at all but a predatory Characin from South America. They look alot like a gar though.
