For everyone who's been asking, and wondering about Kopi...
I went to the vet this morning around 9:30 to check on him, and he jumped up as soon as he heard my voice and has so much more energy. He was wagging his tail, and his whole but started shaking and he was bouncing all over the place... When I was talking to the girls that have been taking care of him where kind of talking to me and he was crying because i wasn't moving fast enough. Then he cried the whole time i sat there with him, petting him. He burried his head in my chest and just whimpered... I had to destract him so that I could get him away from the door so I could back to work.
I went in again this afternoon around 12:30 to see him, and he was even more excited to see me this afternoon than he was this morning. he kept trying to step up onto my lap, I was kneeling down in front of him and he would step up on my legs to rest his head on my shoulder to cuddle with me. He still thinks he is small enough to be a lap dog, granted he's still a puppy, but he's way too big to be sitting on my lap. The vet told me that when Ben's dad came down to see him Kopi was crying clawing at the bottom of the cage when his dad walked away to leave... He's very ready to come home. I'm so happy.
I'll keep everyone updated.

Poor guy! I hope they are taking into consideration that the diarrhea could be a result of stress from being away from his family. I'm glad he's doing so much better!

Kopi is home! He came home Tuesday night. He lost a lot of weight at the vet. He didn't eat anything for 14 days, so he's down about25-30 lbs. It won't take him long to get back up to 65lbs though!! He's more active now than he was before he got sick. He is constantly wanting to play fetch, and my house is not the biggest area to play in. He can't go outside right now either, and stay out. But he chases me around the house trying to play fetch, he throws his ball at me, and doesn't give up... I don't like leaving him home alone... He usualy goes up to his "Grandpa's" house during the day to play with his dogs while I'm at work, but He has to stay away from dogs for two weeks.... But he's doing good and he goes back to the vet next friday. He had some pressure sores from where the iv's were in his legs. And they just want to check on his legs. Then he starts his vaccinations in two weeks.... I will keep everyone updated
