I have started putting my pictures on here now with upload4free.com and now I notice my pictures have disappeared. I had one of Mittens and Socks in the photo contest, too. Sniff. They're gone. Anyone else using upload4free? Why have my disappeared. Crying or Very sad

You've probably exceeded your bandwidth allowance with them or the site may simply be down for a little bit.

It happened to mine a week ago. I wonder if the pictures they post are temporary? It was kind of a weird site since you go to the main page, point to your picture, and voila... it's posted. It almost seemed too easy. You didn't even have to register.

Either way, sorry your pics disappeared.

I tried snapfish but it kept saying my pics were too big. I have used in the past (and am now using again) Shutterfly. They're pretty good to me.

I went into snapfish today but wasn't sure what to do. I looked under uploading and when I got to their policy stuff it said something about you had to do business with them once a year or you would be terminated when the year was up.

So I went to photobucket and they are down part of the day. I haven had the luck to go into their website when they are taking new registrations.

I haven't heard of Shutterfly, so I will have to check that out. I appreciate your suggestions.

upload4free doesn't seem to be too reliable. I miss photoisland. I was getting used to it and it worked good.

sunset: If you can't get them on another website quickly...just email the photos to me (the ones you submitted for the contest) and I will put them back up for you.

I went to shutterfly and tried to post a picture in this topic but I couldn't figure out how. Everything I tried didn't work. I got as far as sharing a picture but it just wanted to send to emails to view it.

Can anyone let me know how to use shutterfly or another upload site so I can post pictures?

Thanks Razz

Hi everyone,

I know this is an old post but if you still need a great free image host try imagehostdirect

They have been awesome to use. They also have galleries to use.

Cheers,
Xavier
