Correct way to measure your Pit`s Head

Can someone please tell us how to measure our dogs head .

What is the point of measuring your Pits head????

A nice hat maybe?

Top of head, down around chin and up again.
Up and downwards, not sideways.

do you mean from the top of his head down under his nose and back to his chi or sideways ??

Go back and read it again. I really don't know how to explain it more clearer than that! I said "not sideways" and I never did mention the nose.
