Guess you missed the part where it shows that the ASPCA and Iams are corporate partners. Hmmm....wonder if that is important? |

It looks like the ASPCA started doing these unannoucned visits (starting April 2003) after Iams was accused (PETA investigated 2002 - early 2003) of this cruelty. If I remember correctly, when I emailed the Iams company about this accusation they did not deny that the care of the animals kept in one of the facilities was not up to their expectations and has since been closed. They also claimed that they were unaware of the conditions of the animals at that facility.
IMO, there is some truth in PETAs claims about Iams. Maybe that is why the ASPCA is now involved. Just my 2 cents. |

I agree. I wasnt trying to say that Iams wasnt guilty of anything, but trying to show there is always more than 1 side to the story.
And despite Iams being a corporate partner of the ASPCA, I trust their track record more than PETA's. |
