My trainer has birds EVERYWHERE in her barn. She has 2 cats and those plastic owls all over the place. Nothing seems to help, sometimes they get so loud you can't hear her commands. Any suggestions.

Also...
If anyone has kids that have gotten discouraged when riding a horse, what do you tell them? I'm a junior leader in 4-H and 2 of the 1 year girls can't hold it together, and they are the nicest little girls. I told one of them that if she has a really hard time at fair then she can watch my horse and me perform because we are sure to fall flat on our faces. I need to ride him one handed and i've trained him to respond to 2 hands. LOL i feel sorry for those who have to ride w/ me. *haha*
