(okay this is a test... hopefully I can post pics here better than I have been) Neutral

I was telling some of you (namely MyBabyShihPoo) about how Bailey lines up his toys on the fireplace and then backs up and barks at them! Laughing Confused He really goes at it sometimes!! I often wonder what he is saying or trying to do! "Make" them talk/play back? tell them he's the boss?? hmmm.... dunno... regardless! It's hysterical (and a little annoying after awhile). Rolling Eyes

Well, he did it again last night (as he does EVERY NIGHT Rolling Eyes ) and I happened to have the camera right there... so thought I'd share!

and yes, I know I need to clean out the fireplace... shhhhhhhhhh!

LMAO...too cute!!! I actually think that he may be trying to get his toys to play with him. The only reason why I say that is b/c Tigger will do that with Mickey. Mickey will be trying to sleep, or just relax, and Tigger will lay down a few feet in front of Mickey and just bark at him until Mickey gets up and plays with him! Laughing

Maybe, just maybe, it's a sign that Bailey is in need of a LIVE 4-legged play pal...*HINT* *HINT* MOM!!!

Very Happy

I totally agree that is what Max does to Rosco when he wants to play he stands there and barks at him he must want a friend. Wink

That is too cute, did he move his bed there or is that where it was? Wink

MB,

Bailey sounds so adorable!! I think he's just "talking" to his babies.

My Baxter has weird rituals too. When we go outside to potty, he absolutely HAS to take a toy with him. Half the time, he leaves it out there when we come back in, but he won't go out without it! Sometimes it takes him a while to decide what to take. Several times, he has even tried to drag his big pillow out there - one as big as Bailey's in the pic above! It's hilarious.

In the mornings, he also drags his pad out of his crate and tries to take it down the stairs. I was afraid he would trip over himself so I put a little blanket in there for him to drag out. Too funny!

dbuzzw~

Mickey & Tigger also like to take "stuff" outside when I let them out to go potty...sock, shoe, toy, bone, ball, basically anything that they can get their little mouths that's on the way to the door. I agree, it is hysterical to see! Laughing

Gotta' love 'em, weird rituals and all! Very Happy

Thanks for the welcome back. Actually, I didn't go anywhere. I still read the forums when I get a chance - I've just been too busy to post lately! Hopefully things will slow down a little at work so that I can have some fun!

Bailey, your too funny It looks like he's playing Little General, and has them all lined up and is telling them to come to "Attention!"
Rusty has this little wooden apple crate that is his toybox, and at least 2 or 3 times a week, he has to go to it and one by one take every single toy out, play with it for a minute, then set it down and take out the next one. He isn't happy until he has taken every single toy out (and he has a lot!). He even tips the box on it's side so he can get way down to the bottom and not miss anything Mr. Green

Well Trixie cant have nice stuffed animal toys because she bites a hole in them in one day and pulls out the stuffing. (her idea of fun) so sadly she only has rubber toys now. Laughing
